Founded in 2018, VELAS Corporation LTD. is an innovative company based in Beppu, Japan — the country’s most famous hot spring region.In partnership with Onsen Probiotic Lab we develop advanced beauty and wellness products using unique biotech ingredients.

Our flagship brand, ONSENSOU, was inspired by a simple question: “Why does the skin become more beautiful after a hot spring bath?”Collaborating with the Hot Spring Microbiology Research Institute, and led by experts certified in cosmetics, hair diagnosis, and hot springs, we created a personal care line enriched with Hot Spring Algae Extract and Hot Spring Yeast Extract.

Today, ONSENSOU is available in over 20 countries and regions, bringing the benefits of hot springs to daily skincare and scalp care routines worldwide.

グローバルマーケットインの視点から、日本・別府市にある温泉微生物研究所と共同で企画・開発を行い、オリジナルブランドのプロデュースから商品開発・製造、販売チャネルの構築、マーケティング戦略の策定に至るまで一貫して実施しています。独自に構築した販売バリューチェーンを活用し、越境ECおよび一般貿易を通じて、グローバル市場に向けてオンライン・オフラインの両面で展開しております。

From a global market-in perspective, we collaborate with the SARABiO Hot Spring Microbiology Research Institute in Beppu, Japan, to jointly plan and develop original brands.
